✅ Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

• Products that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

• Items without original packaging or invoice.

• Intimate wear/shapewear items are non-returnable unless defective (due to hygiene reasons).

• Returns based on change of mind or personal preference.

📩 How to Request a Refund or Exchange

• Visit the “Exchange & Refund” section on the top menu of the website.

• Or contact us directly via WhatsApp at +91-8303143372 or email support@bodilux.in within 48 hours.

• Please provide your order ID, reason for return, and photo/video proof if applicable.

🚚 Return Process

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions to ship the item back safely.

• Ensure returned items are unused and securely packed.

💳 Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank or UPI details to process the refund.
